Lot 63: John Lennon Inscribed Diary

An inscribed copy of "The John Lennon London Diary" to Beatles' roadie, Mal Evans. The book offered a "revealing" look into the "exciting" daily life of the legendary Beatle. Most of his entries are: "Got up went to work. Came home watched telly. Went to bed." One entry reads, "got up - went to bed." The book features a handwritten inscription on the inside of the cover from John and Yoko Ono: "To Mal & family - Love John & Yoko." Excellent condition. 3.5x4". From the Mal Evans estate.
