The ’36 Olympic Games belonged to Jesse Owens, America’s humble hero defied and embarrassed Hitler, winning four gold medal in a single afternoon. Creased border and corners do nothing to detract from this terrific image taken by this famed renaissance woman. VG-EX. Used in the film Olympia (considered by many to be the greatest documentary ever made) it is stamped by her on the verso.
