The Polo Grounds, one of the most historically significant fields in the history of our national pastime, housed one of the oldest teams in the Majors. Team signed ball is the perfect piece, honoring the New York Giants of 1929. 22 players represented by their black ink signatures, highlighted by Hall of Famers, Ott, Hubbell, Lindstrom, Terry & Frisch. Due to its origins long ago, the ball has acquired an even, dark brown patina. Most signatures are clearly legible, some are light.
