Two of the most sacred names in sports history were used to promote these sweet-tooth products. Red Grange on Shotwell's (Chicago & Brooklyn) box. Image of the Galloping Ghost on all five sides of the top of box. Ty Cobb on the Benjamin Candy Box (Detroit, Mich.). Advertised is "Lots of Quality Candy for a Nickel!" and "A Winner Everywhere". Each box once held 24 candy bars, costing 5 cents each. Boxes are VG.
