Billy Smith kept the biscuit out of the basket as the Isles captured the Cup for four years running from 1980-83. This white New York Islanders uniform was worn by Billy during the early 1980’s. Heavy mesh jersey tagged in the neck by Pedersons in XXL with “31” in black marker. Pedersons is also embroidered onto the tail. Custom tailored in a short style with wide goalie cut sleeves and no fight strap. “31” appears on the sleeves and back with “Smith” across the name plate. Displays a number of stick and puck marks and some blood staining on the belly. Billy has added “Billy Smith 31, Stanley Cup 80-83” on the upper chest in blue Sharpie. This is an outstanding jersey from this Hall-of-Fame netminder.
