Texas Longhorn Mounted Horns, Purported To Be From Teddy Roosevelt

Texas Longhorn Mounted Horns, Purported To Be From Teddy Roosevelt

You’ll need a nice wide fireplace to mount these Texas Longhorns over. Fully seven feet across, they are absolutely guaranteed to be a conversation piece. According to an original tag on the back of the mounting plate, these horns date from the 1860’s, and were subsequently presented to the United States Leather Co. by Teddy Roosevelt. It is entirely possible Roosevelt obtained these horns during the years he spent cattle ranching in the Dakota Territory (1884-1886). Condition is excellent, 84” wide, with a 16” fur piece at center.
