Handbill for a jazz concert at the Yorkville Casino in Manhattan. What made this event significant was that the guest of honor was the World's Welter Weight Champion, "Sugar" Ray Robinson (printed at the bottom of the bill). He was voted AP Fighter of the Century, just beating out the century's top heavyweight, Muhammad Ali.
