Sadaharu Oh Game Bat Signed by Lou Brock

Sadaharu Oh Game Bat Signed by Lou Brock

This rare bat was obtained directly from Sadaharu Oh by Lou Brock during a trip to Japan. It could be from the 1968 St. Louis Cardinals' tour of the country, making it quite special. It is well-documented that Lou Brock personally liked Oh San's bats and was even known to use them on occasion. Uncracked, it does not show use. In the center brand is "Jun Ishus" attractive baseball logo burned in. "Hot & Distance" is burned on the barrel with "Special Order Made For" stamped on the knob end. It is autographed in 8/10 Sharpie on the barrel "Lou Brock 3023 Hits." The weight is 31 ounces and it is 34 3/8" in length. Only a handful of genuine Oh bats are known to exist in this country and this is one of only three we have ever handled in our 40+-year history.
