A Rat Pack would have been more appropriate, but an African Elephant Herd will have to do as the postage stamp on this 1st day cover signed by Old Blue Eyes. Envelope is postmarked June 24, 1970 and signed "Frank Sinatra" in black pen on the lower left hand corner. Signature is a nearly flawless 9/10 at the least, and the envelope and stamp EX-MT. Let's just call him Chairman of the Herd.
