Classic Pair of 1930's Yankees Pennants
The 1930s was a dominant decade for the Yankees who claimed five pennants and five world championships. They captured their sixth World Series crown in 1937 with a roster littered with exceptional talent, including FIVE Hall of Famers: Joe DiMaggio, Lou Gehrig, Bill Dickey, Tony Lazzeri and Lefty Gomez (not to mention manager Joe McCarthy). Fifteen players are listed on the pennant, which measures 25 “ long and is EX condition overall, though it is missing its tassels, The 1930s New York Yankees American League Champions pennant is nice and is in EX-MT condition although it is missing one set of tassels. It measures 25.5".
