Obligatory January 19, 1971 letter from Rawlings congratulating Roberto on winning his 10th Gold Glove award. Reads in part, "To be selected to receive the Gold Glove once in a player's career is an honor. To be selected more than once is a true tribute to the player's talent and dedication to the game."
