1947 was a special year for the Cleveland Indians as well as the American League. Bill Veeck had signed Larry Doby making the Indians the first integrated team in the American League, they would be rewarded the following year. Offered is an Official American League (Harridge) ball features 18 signatures with many of the big names including McKechnie, Feller, Gordon, Harder, Lopez, Hegan, Boudreau, Keltner and more (no Doby). Signatures average 7/10; ball is EX-MT condition and very clean.
