1938 All-Star Game Used Baseball From Bill Klem
Baseball's first-ever All-Star Game took place in 1938, with the National League downing the junior circuit, 4-1 at Cincinnati's Crosley Field. From that inaugural midsummer classic comes this official National League (Frick) baseball that was signed by the "Old Arbitrator" himself, umpire Bill Klem, who set the records of umping 37 seasons and 18 World Series. The ball shows light use and is signed by the four umpires from the game including Klem (5/10) on a side panel. Comes with an LOA attesting to the fact that this ball was given to Bill Klem's neighbor by Klem himself.
