A 1915 Magic Lantern slide of the National League Champion Philadelphia Phillies. This is the team that lost to the Red Sox in the World Series, featuring a rookie Babe Ruth. The slide reads "Pat Moran and his conquering Phils lined up for the camera. Moran and his squad are now tuning up for the big series with the Red Sox, Shown Through Courtesy of First National Bank." Moran was the manager for the 1919 World Champion Cincinnati Reds when they faced the Black Sox The slide Measures 3.5x4" and is in Good condition due to the small vertical crack on the image.
